Merge stray album songs into original album. iTunes 12, 2019 I have downloaded songs from a particular album at different times. So, I have 3 songs and 3 albums in the library. How do I merge the 3 songs into 1 albums (where they normally belong). Hi bestbass42. I cant be certain about PD12, but in 13 you can. If you place both the music tracks on the same timeline track - left click and drag the second one as far as you want the overlap to be. When you release the mouse you will see a menu with "crossfade" on it. select crossfade and the overlap will take place.

Splitting a Stereo Track. Here is a stereo track: You can make separate left-channel and right-channel tracks so that you can edit them separately. Open the Audio Track Dropdown Menu and choose Split Stereo Track : Now you can see the two tracks marked "Left" and "Right": Note carefully that after this split the Left channel is panned hard left
